TNPL's corporate office in Chennai spans three floors, designed around function, smooth movement, and smart use of space. With a tight project timeline, the team focused on decisions that were simple to execute rather than overly elaborate.

The material palette stays understated — surfaces were chosen for durability and easy upkeep, and wall panelling was used only where it genuinely helped define the space. That restraint keeps the office feeling composed without leaning on decoration to do the work.

One of the standout choices was leaving the coffered slab exposed instead of hiding it behind a false ceiling. The coffers give the space rhythm, and their depth, color, and lighting turn the ceiling into a real design feature while keeping the building's structural character intact.

Greenery is worked in throughout, tucked into common areas and transition spaces so it adds life without getting in the way of circulation or workstations.

Altogether — the exposed structure, careful panelling, restrained palette, and pockets of greenery — the office reflects TNPL's practical needs while giving the company a clean, quietly confident architectural identity.
